Spring Tune Up
Spring Tune Up is ACFO-ACAF’s flagship professional development day, routinely attracting more than 1,000 members to hear engaging and insightful speakers and industry experts talk about the topics that matter to their career development in an evolving world.
CT Symposium
Launched in 2020, the CT Symposium has quickly become the can’t-miss fall training event for members of the CT Community and other finance and audit professionals working in the public sector. With an associated career fair and exhibit pavilion, the CT Symposium is the place to be for those looking to advance their careers in public sector finance and audit!
Regional Tune Up series
Building on the success of the ACFO-ACAF Tune Up brand, the Regional Tune Up event series was launched in 2017 to bring in-person development days to our members outside of the NCR.

Winter Tune Up

Registration is now open for the 2025 edition of the Winter Tune Up, presented by ACFO-ACAF and the Office of the Comptroller General as part of the Joint Career Development Program.
This year’s virtual event will be held on February 19, from 10 am until 4 pm ET (5.5 CPD hours), with a focus on being well at work. Attendees will hear from:
- Author Drew Dudley (https://www.drewdudley.com/), who will talk about how to focus on things you can control to create healthier workplaces and teams
- Ojibwe and French-Canadian entrepreneur Jennifer Ménard-Shand (https://www.jmenardshand.com/), who will talk about equitable workplaces and why they’re important to employee wellness
- Mental health clinician Jhanelle Peters (https://www.jpeterspsychotherapy.com/), who will talk about balancing performance and well-being to avoid burnout
